Like any market, prices are driven by supply and demand. During peak occasions like Valentine's Day, additional labour, transportation and production costs push prices up. We always aim to offer the best value possible.

Not always. A vase is included only when stated in the product description. If you'd like a vase, look for products that specifically include one.
Same-day products arrive beautifully presented. Next-day courier products are packed in a secure fail-safe box so the impact of the gift is fully visible when opened. All gifts include a personalised message card.
We aim to be as accurate as possible, but seasonal and regional variations can affect colour, shape or specific blooms. Images represent the overall look, feel and value â not a literal interpretation.
Yes â you can add a personal message of up to 200 characters (including spaces). We accept messages in multiple languages but prefer English characters.
Yes â enter NA in the sign name field and your name won't appear on the card. Please note: we cannot issue refunds if a gift is refused because the recipient doesn't recognise the sender.
We accept orders up to one year in advance.
Deliveries
Delivery & Order Tracking
An Order Confirmation email is sent immediately after a successful order, with all details included.
For same-day orders, tracking numbers aren't available but we'll keep you updated at every step. For next-day orders, a tracking number is emailed when your package leaves the warehouse.
Residential addresses: 9am â 7pm. Business addresses: 9am â 5pm. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. Remote areas may take up to 48 hours.
A signature is not required. If no one is home, the delivery person may leave the package safely on the porch or with a neighbour, and will leave a door note or voice message.
Sunday delivery is available for selected countries â you'll see it as an option when choosing your delivery date. Holiday deliveries vary by region.
We're sorry â pickup isn't currently available. We guarantee on-time delivery to your specified address.
Special Locations
Hospitals, Hotels, Schools & More
Yes. Include the recipient's full name, hospital name, complete address and ward name/number. Most hospitals only allow delivery to reception. Please confirm the recipient is still admitted before ordering.
Yes. Include the hotel's full address, phone number and the guest's room number if known. Delivery is made to hotel reception.
Yes, delivered to the school office. The school will notify the recipient. On rare occasions schools may refuse delivery â we'll contact you for an alternate address if that happens.
Yes. Please include the deceased name, contact details of a representative (e.g. funeral director), and place the order at least 2 working days in advance.
Only same-day hand-delivered products can go to these addresses. Please provide a valid mobile number so our outlet can confirm a physical street address.
Cancellations & Refunds
Returns & Refund Policy
Cancellation requests can be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Next-day products must be cancelled at least 2 days before delivery. Same-day products must be cancelled the day before. Cancellation is not possible once an arrangement has been made or dispatched.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Most banks complete the reversal within 3â5 business days, though this may vary.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you're unhappy. For non-perishable products, return unused within 3 days for a full refund (less delivery fee). For floral products, notify us within 24 hours and we'll arrange a re-delivery of equal or greater value at no cost.
Occasionally substitutions are necessary due to seasonal availability. Our florists will substitute with a product of equal or greater value, maintaining the same overall look and feel.
Flower Care
How to Care for Your Flowers
Keep the vase water as full as possible at all times. Place flowers in a cool spot away from direct sunlight and heat-generating appliances. Use the floral preservative sachet included with your bouquet and follow the packet instructions.
Trim the stems at an angle, remove excess foliage and thorns, and re-hydrate immediately in fresh water. For roses, remove the outer "guard petals" from each bloom. Flower saver solution can help extend their freshness further.
