The Diffenbachia plant owes its name to Johann Karl Ernst Dieffenbach (1811 - 1855), German botanist, director of the imperial gardens of Schönbrunn, in Vienna. It is an indoor plant. Diffenbachia plant can be given as a gift on different occasions, such as a wedding, a business inauguration, an anniversary to give a touch of shine and elegance.
