This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to your participation in the FlowersGifting Easy-to-Earn Affiliate Program. You may be referred to as "Participant," "Affiliate," "You" or "Partner." FlowersGifting INC may be referred to as "We" or "Us."
(a) As a Participant, we will make available graphic, product, text, banner and other links which you may display on your website. These Links identify your site as a Participant and create a link to flowersgifting.com. You agree to display only those Links provided by FlowersGifting through the program.
(b) To enrol, submit an Enrollment Application via our website. We will evaluate your application and notify you of your acceptance or rejection at our sole discretion.
This Agreement becomes effective upon acceptance of your application. By joining, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by all terms, which may be amended at any time. Either party may terminate the Agreement at any time with notice.
Commissions are only payable on sales completed during the term and will not be paid if related purchases are cancelled, refunded or subject to chargebacks. FlowersGifting may withhold final payments for a reasonable period to ensure the correct amount is paid.
